COVID-19 Update: Updated Store Procedures for SNAS Applications

Golden Comfort Supplies continues to closely monitor the spread of COVID-19, and complying with public health guidance. In keeping with our core principles, Golden Comfort Supplies is firmly committed to the health and safety of our customers and employees, and serving our communities.

To help with safeguarding communities and curbing the spread of COVID-19, we have made the decision to allow our customers apply for Speical Needs Assistance for Seniors (SNAS) programs over the phone with verbal confirmation to send out the estimate.

When applying for the SNAS funded PERS Monitoring:

  • Verbal confirmation is required from our customers to request the funding from the government
  • Copies of estimates can be emailed to you to verify information, if an email address is provided
  • Once funding has been received by the applicant, simply call our store to make payment
  • Once payment has been made, we will program the device and can have the device delivered to the applicant, along with the PERS Contract
  • Please note: PERS Monitoring service will not start until the PERS Contract is filled out with the neccessary information
  • Once the PERS device is received, wipe down the device and other materials with a disinfectant wipe and connect wires
